Bio

Prior to joining the Chase Center, Hall was a Postdoctoral Fellow in the Economics Department at the University of Pennsylvania and at the Penn Initiative for the Study of Markets. He is also a current Law & Economics Fellow with the International Center for Law & Economics.

Hall obtained his PhD in Economics from George Mason University in 2023.

His research touches on questions in Political Economy, Law & Economics, and Economic Growth by drawing on European and American history. His previous work has been published at Economic Affairs, Econ Journal Watch, and the Scandinavian Economic History Review.
