About Classical Education

Classical schools seek to develop children’s virtue, wisdom, and knowledge through a rigorous liberal arts education. The Chase Center is committed to serving these schools by providing teacher education, conducting useful research, and building a network that facilitates communication and collaboration among classical educators.

The Chase Center is developing programs to equip current and future educators and school leaders with theoretical grounding and practical skills to pursue excellence in K-12 classical educational settings. K-12 Education Research

The Chase Center’s staff and world-class faculty are conducting research to help classical schools thrive. This research will be of value to school leaders, teachers, families, and the broader communities that K-12 classical schools serve. We will make research available on this page, through research briefs and reports, and through public presentations and electronic communications. K-12 Networking

The Chase Center is building a network to facilitate communication and collaboration among classical educators. The heart of this effort is building and sharing a list of classical educators and holding events. The Chase Center launched this effort in August of 2025 when it held the first annual Ohio Classical Schools Conference.
