Three Students Win Scholarships in Chase Center Essay Contest on Free Speech

Three Ohio State undergraduate students were recently awarded scholarships for their performance in the Chase Center’s first annual student essay contest. This contest provided an opportunity for Ohio State students to work through and express their opinion on an important issue facing the country.

This year, students were invited to write an essay on the value or harm of freedom of speech in the United States. Min Feldman won the first-place scholarship of $3,500, Prisha Patel won the second-place scholarship of $2,500, and Paige Lange won the third-place scholarship of $1,500.
